The City of Columbia Heights is developing a 10-year Park and Recreation System Plan to guide future investments in parks, trails, recreation facilities, and natural spaces throughout the community. Through extensive community engagement, system analysis, and long-range planning, the project will establish a shared vision and prioritized strategies to enhance accessibility, sustainability, connectivity, and recreation opportunities for residents of all ages.
